Patricia ni Ivor

Patricia established Word Map in 1993, building the company's reputation and repeat business through customised business and project management services. She continues to guide the company through a rapidly changing world, where hands-on attention to value creation, problem solving, team capabilities, and resilience is critical.

Working largely in the government and technology sectors, Patricia’s academic work at RMIT University in project management, reflective practice and emotional capability underpins the breadth of her practical experience. She is a skilled facilitator and manager of change, able to negotiate solutions in complex working and stakeholder environment. 


Alan Kramer

Alan’s focus is on the value of business transformation and process improvement in major IT software and hardware projects.

For 30 years, as CIO and the "go to person" in complex, global, professional services organisations, he guided large, international technology projects ($500M+ project portfolios, data centre management, applications implementation).

He continues to do so, now in association with Word Map's project management services.


Gabrielle Nolle

Gabrielle leads Word Map's workplace wellbeing and emotional capability programs, providing a range of in-house services and training for business and other organisations.

She has been studying and teaching the contemplative practices of yoga, meditation, somatic movement and Self-inquiry for over 20 years, distilling these into tools for modern living and wellbeing.

Gabrielle heads our school, Bhavana Rakho, providing Self-inquiry facilitation and a range of body-mind somatic workshops for busy professionals. She also advises Patricia's doctoral research at RMIT University into the use of Self-inquiry in project teams..


Nathaniel Gorman

Nat's enduring interest is on locating, analysing and devising ways to break through blocks to project delivery and success. His focus is on people and making healthier places for staff to function and thrive. He makes new ideas happen.

Nat worked in museums in Europe and Victoria before becoming Registrar of the Australian Stamp Collection at Australia Post, where he digitised the collection before moving to Australia Post's IT PMO. There, he continued to use his creativity into developing tools and solutions for project teams.

Nat has a B.A. in Art History and a M.Sc. in Project Management.


Melissa Manning

Melissa is an experienced commercial lawyer who has worked in top tier firms in Australia and overseas.

She is also an award-winning writer of long and short form fiction.

Melissa provides writing and legal services to Word Map.
